503 C PSLF – Form PSLF PSLF form is a form that you will need to fill out in order to receive the Public Service Grant Forgiveness program. The PSLF is the program that allows you the forgiveness of your loans within 10 years after you have served. Before you can be considered eligible this program, you need to work full-time for an eligible employer and be able to make 120 timely payments.

• A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
-A non-profit or public health care provider
-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service
What is the deadline to file for 503 C PSLF?
You can qualify to file for PSLF in the event that you have an eligible loan and have made 120 qualifying payment on the loan. It’s possible to apply for PSLF when you’ve made 10 qualifying repayments, but you must file prior to the 10 years that begin your repayment period.
You do not need to file for PSLF prior to the start of your payment period. You can wait until you’ve made 120 payments before submitting for it.
