PSLF California Medical Association – A PSLF form is an form you must complete to be eligible for the Public Service the Loan Repayment Program. The PSLF is an opportunity for you the forgiveness of your loans following 10 years’ service. When you are eligible to join this program, you need to perform full-time work for a qualifying employer and pay 120 on-time payments.
