Graduate PSLF – Form PSLF PSLF form is a form that you must complete to participate in the Public Services Credit Forgiveness Plan. The PSLF is a program that allows to have your loans forgiven at the end of 10 years’ work. To be eligible for the program, you must be employed full-time with a qualifying employer and be able to make 120 timely payments.
