New PSLF Servicer – PSLF form PSLF form is the form that you will need to complete in order to receive the Public Service Credit Forgiveness Plan. The PSLF is an initiative that allows you the forgiveness of your loans upon completion of 10 consecutive years. In order to be eligible this program, you must work full-time for a qualifying employer and pay 120 on-time payments.
