Parent Plus Loans PSLF – Form PSLF PSLF form is an application form which you have to complete in order you can be eligible for the public service Credit Forgiveness Plan. The PSLF is the program that allows you to receive your loans for free upon completion of 10 consecutive years. To be eligible for the program, you need to perform your job full-time at a qualified employer, and you must make on-time 120 payments.
