New PSLF Bill – Form PSLF PSLF form is the form which you need to fill out in order to apply for the Public Service Invoice Forgiveness. The PSLF is an initiative that allows you to have your loans forgiven within 10 years after you have served. When you are eligible to join this program, you need to work full-time for a qualifying employer, and you must make on-time 120 payments.
