PSLF Retroactive Credit – Form PSLF PSLF form is one form that you need to complete in order to be eligible for the Public Service loan forgiveness program. The PSLF is an opportunity for you to forgive your debts upon completion of 10 consecutive years. Before you can be considered eligible the program, you must work full-time for a qualifying employer and pay 120 on-time payments.
