The PSLF is an initiative that allows you to get your loans repaid upon completion of 10 consecutive years. In order to be eligible this program, you need to work full-time for an eligible employer and make 120 on-time payments.

When do I have to file for Who Can Sign My PSLF Form?
You are eligible for PSLF in the event that you have one of the loans that qualifies and you’ve made 120 qualifying payments to that loan. You may be eligible to file for PSLF after having made just 10 qualifying loans, however, you must file for it before the end of the repayment period.
You don’t have to file for PSLF before the commencement of your loan period. You can wait until after you’ve completed 120 payment before you file for it.
