PSLF Qualifying Hospitals – The PSLF form is it’s a form that you need to complete to be eligible for the Public Service Credit Forgiveness Plan. The PSLF is an opportunity for you the forgiveness of your loans following 10 years’ service. To be eligible for this program, you must complete your full-time job for a reputable employer and make 120 on-time payments.
