PSLF National Guard – Form PSLF PSLF form is one form that you will need to fill out in order to qualify for the Public Service Credit Forgiveness Plan. The PSLF is an initiative that allows you to get your loans repaid in the event of 10 years’ continuous service. To be eligible for this program, you must work full-time for a qualifying employer, and you must make on-time 120 payments.
