The PSLF is a program that allows the forgiveness of your loans upon completion of 10 consecutive years. In order to be eligible the program, you need to perform your job full-time at a qualified employer and make 120 on-time payments.
If you’re uncertain which qualifies as an eligible employer, here are some things that meet the criteria:

A 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation
A non-profit or public health-care organization
-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service
When do I have to File For Myfedloan.org Borrowers Special-programs PSLF?
You’re eligible to file for PSLF If you hold an eligible loan and you make 120 qualifying payments on that loan. You could be eligible to apply for PSLF after having made just 10 qualifying payment, but you have to file for it during the first 10 years after the start of your repayment period.
You do not have to fill out a form for PSLF before the commencement of your loan period. You can wait until after you’ve completed 120 payments before submitting for it.
