Nelnet PSLF – It is the PSLF form is it’s a form which you have to complete in order to be eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. The PSLF is an option that permits you to receive your loans for free at the end of 10 years’ work. To be eligible for the program, you must perform your job full-time at a qualified employer and pay 120 on-time payments.

If you’re uncertain about what qualifies as an eligible employer, here are some things that can be considered qualifying:

-Your government employer

A 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation

-An un-profit or public health care institution

-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service

When do I have to file for Nelnet PSLF?

You’re eligible to apply for PSLF when you own an eligible loan and you make 120 qualifying monthly payments on that loan. It’s possible to file for PSLF after having made just 10 qualifying installments, but the application must be filed within the first 10 years of the repayment period.

There’s no need to declare PSLF when you begin your repayment period. You have the option of waiting until you’ve paid 120 payments before filing for it.
