PSLF Employment Certification Form PSLF – Form PSLF PSLF form is a form that you must fill out in order to apply for the Public Service Credit Forgiveness Plan. The PSLF is the program that allows you to get your loans repaid in the event of 10 years’ continuous service. To be eligible for the program, you must perform full-time work for a qualifying employer and be able to make 120 timely payments.

When do I need to File For PSLF Employment Certification Form PSLF?
You’re eligible to apply to apply for PSLF only if you hold a qualifying loan and make 120 qualifying payments to that loan. You may be able to apply for PSLF after having made just 10 qualifying repayments, but you have to file for it in the initial 10 years following your repayment period.
There is no requirement to fill out a form for PSLF prior to the start of your payment period. You can wait until having made 120 transactions before submitting your application.
