PSLF Parent Plus – Form PSLF PSLF form is the form that you must complete in order to qualify for the Public Service Invoice Forgiveness. The PSLF is an opportunity for you the forgiveness of your loans when you reach 10 years in service. If you want to participate in the program, you need to work full-time for a qualified employer, and you must make on-time 120 payments.
