PSLF Employment Certification Form Residency – This PSLF form is an application form which you need to fill out to get the Public Service the Loan Repayment Program. The PSLF is an opportunity for you to have your loan forgiven upon completion of 10 consecutive years. To be eligible for the program, you need to work full-time for a qualified employer and pay 120 on-time payments.

-Your government employer
-A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
A non-profit or public health-care organization
-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service
What is the deadline to file for PSLF Employment Certification Form Residency?
You are eligible for PSLF for those who have one of the loans that qualifies and you’ve made 120 qualifying installments on that loan. You may be eligible to file for PSLF after making only 10 qualifying installments, but you must apply for it prior to the 10 years that begin your repayment period.
You do not have to declare PSLF before the commencement of your loan period. You are able to wait until you’ve completed 120 payments before filing.
