PSLF Employer Eligibility – This PSLF form is it’s a form that you must fill in to participate in the Public Services Loan Forgiveness Program. The PSLF is an initiative that allows you to have your loans forgiven upon completion of 10 consecutive years. To be eligible for the program, you must perform your job full-time at a qualified employer, and you must make on-time 120 payments.
