PSLF Employment Form – A PSLF form is a form that you have to fill out in order to apply for the Public Service Credit Forgiveness Plan. The PSLF is a program that allows you to have your loans forgiven following 10 years’ service. In order to be eligible the program, you must work full-time for an eligible employer and be able to make 120 timely payments.
