Employer Certification Form PSLF – A PSLF form is one form which you have to fill out in order to participate in the Public Services the Loan Repayment Program. The PSLF is an initiative that allows you to have your loans forgiven in the event of 10 years’ continuous service. If you want to participate in this program, you need to be employed full-time with a qualifying employer and pay 120 on-time payments.

-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service

What is the deadline to file for Employer Certification Form PSLF?

You’re eligible to apply for PSLF when you own a qualifying loan and make 120 qualifying repayments on that loan. You could be eligible to apply for PSLF with only 10 qualifying repayments, but you have to file for it within the first 10 years of your repayment period.

There is no requirement to make an application for PSLF immediately at the time of beginning your repayment period. You are able to wait until you’ve completed 120 payments prior to filing for it.
