PSLF Recertify Income – Form PSLF PSLF form is one form that you must fill out in order to get the Public Service Grant Forgiveness program. The PSLF is an initiative that allows you to get your loans repaid when you reach 10 years in service. Before you can be considered eligible the program, you must be employed full-time with a qualifying employer and pay 120 on-time payments.
