A public health organization
-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service
What is the deadline to File For PSLF Paperwork?
You’re eligible for PSLF for those who have one of the loans that qualifies and you’ve made 120 qualifying installments on that loan. You may be able to file for PSLF after only making 10 qualifying payments. However, you must apply during the first 10 years after the start of your repayment period.
It’s not necessary to make an application for PSLF prior to the start of your payment period. You have the option of waiting until you’ve paid 120 payments prior to filing for it.
