PSLF. – PSLF form PSLF form is an application form that you have to complete to qualify for the Public Service Credit Forgiveness Plan. The PSLF is an opportunity for you to receive your loans for free following 10 years’ service. In order to be eligible this program, you need to complete your full-time job for a reputable employer and be able to make 120 timely payments.
