PSLF Consolidated – The PSLF form is an form you must fill in to be eligible for the Public Service Grant Forgiveness program. The PSLF is program that allows you the forgiveness of your loans upon completion of 10 consecutive years. For you to qualify for this program, you must work full-time for an eligible employer and pay 120 on-time payments.
