PSLF Extra Payments – This PSLF form is an application form that you have to fill in to be eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. The PSLF is a program that allows you to get your loans repaid after 10 years of service. To be eligible for this program, you must work full-time for an eligible employer and make 120 on-time payments.
