PSLF Private Practice – PSLF form PSLF form is an application form which you have to fill out you can be eligible for the public service Loan Forgiveness Program. The PSLF is a program that allows you to get your loans repaid after 10 years of service. In order to be eligible this program, you must work full-time for a qualifying employer and pay 120 on-time payments.
If you’re not sure about what is an eligible employer, below are some items that count:
-Your government employer
–A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
A public health or non-profit health-care organization
-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service
When do I need to file for PSLF Private Practice?
You’re eligible to apply to apply for PSLF if you have an eligible loan and you make 120 qualifying repayments on that loan. It is possible to apply for PSLF after making only 10 qualifying payment, but the application must be filed before the end of the repayment period.
There is no requirement to apply for PSLF at the beginning of your repayment period. You can wait until after you’ve completed 120 payments before filing.
