PSLF Weill Cornell Medical College – A PSLF form is an form that you must complete in order to qualify for the Public Service the Loan Repayment Program. The PSLF is an opportunity for you to get your loans repaid at the end of 10 years’ work. When you are eligible to join the program, you must work full-time for a qualifying employer and be able to make 120 timely payments.
