PSLF Payment Count – PSLF form PSLF form is a form you must complete in order to participate in the Public Services Grant Forgiveness program. The PSLF is a program that allows you to get your loans repaid at the end of 10 years’ work. If you want to participate in the program, you must work full-time for an eligible employer and make 120 on-time payments.
