Pharmacist PSLF – PSLF form PSLF form is A form that you will need to fill in to be eligible for the Public Service Grant Forgiveness program. The PSLF is a program that allows to get your loans repaid within 10 years after you have served. To be eligible for this program, you need to complete your full-time job for a reputable employer and be able to make 120 timely payments.

If you are not sure of what constitutes a qualifying employer, then here are some things that meet the criteria:

-Your government employer

“A” stands for 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation

-A non-profit or public health care organization

-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service

When do I need to file for Pharmacist PSLF?

You are eligible to apply for PSLF only if you hold a qualifying loan and are able to make 120 qualifying installments on that loan. It is possible to apply for PSLF after making only 10 qualifying payments, however you must file for it within 10 years from the commencement of the repayment period.

You don’t have to be a candidate for PSLF prior to the start of your payment period. You can wait until after you’ve completed 120 payment before you file for it.
