Fedloan Servicing PSLF Certification Form – Form PSLF PSLF form is the form that you must complete to participate in the Public Services the Loan Repayment Program. The PSLF is an option that permits you to get your loans repaid at the end of 10 years’ work. In order to be eligible the program, you need to work full-time for a qualifying employer and pay 120 on-time payments.

You’re eligible for PSLF only if you hold an eligible loan and you make 120 qualifying payments on that loan. You might be able to apply for PSLF after only making 10 qualifying installments, but you must apply for it for it within 10 years from the commencement of the repayment period.
It is not necessary to fill out a form for PSLF prior to the start of your payment period. You can wait until after you’ve completed 120 payments before submitting for it.
