Employment Verification Form PSLF – It is the PSLF form is an application form which you need to fill out to get the Public Service the Loan Repayment Program. The PSLF is program that allows you to receive your loans for free upon completion of 10 consecutive years. When you are eligible to join this program, you need to work full-time for an eligible employer and be able to make 120 timely payments.
If you’re still not certain regarding what qualifies as an employer that qualifies, here are some things which are considered to be qualifying:
-Your government employer
• A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
A non-profit or public health care provider
-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service
What is the deadline to file for Employment Verification Form PSLF?
You can qualify to file for PSLF if you have a qualifying loan and are able to make 120 qualifying payments to that loan. You may be able apply for PSLF after only making 10 qualifying payments, however you have to file for it before the end of the repayment period.
You do not need to file for PSLF immediately at the time of beginning your repayment period. You will have to wait until the completion of 120 installments before filing for it.
