Public Service Loan Forgiveness PSLF Form – The PSLF form is one form which you have to fill out you can be eligible for the public service the Loan Repayment Program. The PSLF is the program that allows you to have your loans forgiven when you reach 10 years in service. If you want to participate in the program, you must perform your job full-time at a qualified employer and pay 120 on-time payments.

When do I need to file for Public Service Loan Forgiveness PSLF Form?
You are eligible to apply for PSLF when you own a qualifying loan and make 120 qualifying payments on that loan. You may be eligible to file for PSLF when you’ve made 10 qualifying payment, but you must submit a request for it in the initial 10 years following the repayment period.
There’s no need to declare PSLF at the beginning of your repayment period. You can wait until you’ve made 120 payment before you file for it.
