Employer Verification Form PSLF – PSLF form PSLF form is it’s a form that you need to complete to get the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. The PSLF is program that allows you to receive your loans for free in the event of 10 years’ continuous service. When you are eligible to join the program, you must be employed full-time with a qualifying employer and make 120 on-time payments.

It is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation

A public or non-profit health-care organization

-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service

When do I have to file for Employer Verification Form PSLF?

You can qualify to apply for PSLF only if you hold a qualifying loan and make 120 qualifying installments on that loan. You may be able to file for PSLF with only 10 qualifying payments, however you must file for it within the first 10 years of your repayment period.

It is not necessary to fill out a form for PSLF prior to the start of your payment period. You are able to wait until you’ve completed 120 payments before filing.
