PSLF Employment Certification Form – This PSLF form is a form that you have to fill out to qualify for the Public Service Grant Forgiveness program. The PSLF is a program that allows you to be granted loan forgiveness following 10 years’ service. For you to qualify for the program, you need to perform full-time work for a qualifying employer and make 120 on-time payments.
