PSLF Limited Waiver Form – This PSLF form is A form that you must fill in you can be eligible for the public service Loan Forgiveness Program. The PSLF is a program that allows you to get your loans repaid in the event of 10 years’ continuous service. When you are eligible to join this program, you must work full-time for an eligible employer and pay 120 on-time payments.
If you’re unsure about what qualifies as a qualifying employer, then here are some of the things that can be considered qualifying:
-Your government employer
• A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
A non-profit or public health care organization
-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service
When do I need to file for PSLF Limited Waiver Form?
You’re eligible to file for PSLF for those who have a qualifying loan and are able to make the required 120 payments on that loan. You may be eligible to apply for PSLF after only making 10 qualifying payments. However, you have to file for it before the end of the repayment period.
You do not have to declare PSLF from the very beginning of your repayment period. You can wait until after you’ve completed 120 transactions before submitting your application.
