PSLF Renewal Form – This PSLF form is an application form you must fill out to be eligible for the Public Service Credit Forgiveness Plan. The PSLF is an initiative that allows you to receive your loans for free in the event of 10 years’ continuous service. If you want to participate in the program, you must be employed full-time with a qualifying employer and pay 120 on-time payments.
If you’re not certain whether you are an employer that is qualified, below are some items that can be considered qualifying:

When do I have to file for PSLF Renewal Form?
You’re eligible to apply to apply for PSLF If you hold a loan that is eligible and you have made the required 120 payments on that loan. It’s possible to file for PSLF when you’ve made 10 qualifying payments. However, you must apply for it before the end of your repayment period.
It’s not necessary to be a candidate for PSLF immediately at the time of beginning your repayment period. You are able to wait until you’ve completed 120 payments before filing for it.
