PSLF Renewal Form – It is the PSLF form is an application form which you need to complete to participate in the Public Services loan forgiveness program. The PSLF is an opportunity for you to have your loan forgiven in the event of 10 years’ continuous service. To be eligible for the program, you must be employed full-time with a qualifying employer and be able to make 120 timely payments.
