Public Service Loan Forgiveness Employment Cerfification Form – The PSLF form is an form which you have to complete to participate in the Public Services Credit Forgiveness Plan. The PSLF is the program that allows you to receive your loans for free when you reach 10 years in service. If you want to participate in the program, you must work full-time for an eligible employer, and you must make on-time 120 payments.

• A 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation
A public health or non-profit health care institution
-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service
When do I have to File For Public Service Loan Forgiveness Employment Cerfification Form?
You’re eligible to file for PSLF If you hold a qualifying loan and are able to make 120 qualifying repayments on that loan. You may be able to file for PSLF after making only 10 qualifying installments, but you must submit a request for it prior to the 10 years that begin the repayment period.
You don’t have to be a candidate for PSLF in the first month of the repayment period. You have the option of waiting until you’ve paid 120 payments before filing for it.
