Public Service Loan Forgiveness Verification Form – This PSLF form is it’s a form which you need to complete in order to participate in the Public Services Credit Forgiveness Plan. The PSLF is an opportunity for you to forgive your debts upon completion of 10 consecutive years. In order to be eligible this program, you must work full-time for a qualifying employer and pay 120 on-time payments.
