Public Service Loan Forgiveness Employment Certification Form – This PSLF form is A form which you have to fill out to participate in the Public Services the Loan Repayment Program. The PSLF is a program that allows you to get your loans repaid after 10 years of service. In order to be eligible this program, you need to perform your job full-time at a qualified employer and pay 120 on-time payments.

What is the deadline to file for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Employment Certification Form?
You are eligible to apply for PSLF depending on whether you’ve got one of the loans that qualifies and you’ve made 120 qualifying payment on the loan. You may be eligible to apply for PSLF with only 10 qualifying payments, however the application must be filed in the initial 10 years following your repayment period.
