Church Work Qualify For PSLF – A PSLF form is the form you must complete to apply for the Public Service Invoice Forgiveness. The PSLF is an option that permits you to be granted loan forgiveness upon completion of 10 consecutive years. If you want to participate in the program, you need to perform full-time work for a qualifying employer and pay 120 on-time payments.
If you’re not sure on what qualifies as being an employer that is qualified, here are some of the things you can consider:
-Your government employer
• A 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation
A public or non-profit health care institution
-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service
When do I need to file for Church Work Qualify For PSLF?
You’re eligible to apply for PSLF only if you hold an eligible loan and you make 120 qualifying payment on the loan. You might be able to apply for PSLF after making only 10 qualifying payment, but you must file during the first 10 years after the start of your repayment period.
You don’t have to submit a claim for PSLF prior to the start of your payment period. You can wait until you’ve made 120 installments before filing for it.
