Fafsa PSLF Form – This PSLF form is a form that you must fill out in order to receive the Public Service Grant Forgiveness program. The PSLF is an opportunity for you the forgiveness of your loans in the event of 10 years’ continuous service. In order to be eligible this program, you must be employed full-time with a qualifying employer and be able to make 120 timely payments.
