Jff PSLF – Form PSLF PSLF form is an application form that you need to complete in order you can be eligible for the public service the Loan Repayment Program. The PSLF is an opportunity for you to be granted loan forgiveness upon completion of 10 consecutive years. If you want to participate in the program, you need to be employed full-time with a qualifying employer and be able to make 120 timely payments.
