Lawsuits PSLF – A PSLF form is a form which you need to complete in order to qualify for the Public Service Invoice Forgiveness. The PSLF is an initiative that allows you to get your loans repaid when you reach 10 years in service. Before you can be considered eligible this program, you must work full-time for a qualified employer and be able to make 120 timely payments.

If you’re uncertain about what is an employer with a qualified status, below are some items that qualify:

-Your government employer

It is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization

A public health or non-profit health care organization

-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service

When do I have to File For Lawsuits PSLF?

You’re eligible to file for PSLF in the event that you have a qualifying loan and are able to make 120 qualifying payments to that loan. It is possible to apply for PSLF with only 10 qualifying loans, however, you must apply before the end of the repayment period.

You don’t have to submit a claim for PSLF when you begin your repayment period. You can wait until you’ve made 120 payments before filing.
