Limited PSLF Waiver Form – PSLF form PSLF form is a form you must complete in order you can be eligible for the public service the Loan Repayment Program. The PSLF is a program that allows you to have your loans forgiven within 10 years after you have served. For you to qualify for this program, you need to perform your job full-time at a qualified employer and be able to make 120 timely payments.
If you’re not certain on what qualifies as being an eligible employer, these are the items that are eligible:
-Your government employer
A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
-A non-profit or public health care provider
-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service
When do I need to file for Limited PSLF Waiver Form?
You are eligible to file for PSLF If you hold one of the loans that qualifies and you’ve made 120 qualifying payments to that loan. You may be eligible to apply for PSLF with only 10 qualifying repayments, but you must apply for it within 10 years from the commencement of the repayment period.
You don’t have to apply for PSLF prior to the start of your payment period. You can wait until having made 120 payments before submitting for it.
