Myfedloan PSLF – Form PSLF PSLF form is the form that you will need to fill in to qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. The PSLF is a program that allows to have your loan forgiven in the event of 10 years’ continuous service. When you are eligible to join this program, you must work full-time for a qualifying employer and make 120 on-time payments.
