PSLF Employer Certfication Form – The PSLF form is a form which you need to fill out in order to receive the Public Service Credit Forgiveness Plan. The PSLF is an initiative that allows you to have your loans forgiven in the event of 10 years’ continuous service. For you to qualify for this program, you need to perform full-time work for a qualifying employer and make 120 on-time payments.

When do I have to file for PSLF Employer Certfication Form?
You can qualify for PSLF if you have a qualifying loan and are able to make the required 120 payments on that loan. It’s possible to file for PSLF by making just 10 qualifying loans, however, you must apply for it for it within 10 years from the commencement of your repayment period.
There’s no need to fill out a form for PSLF when you begin your repayment period. You have the option of waiting until you’ve paid 120 payments before filing.
