PSLF Employment Certification Form – PSLF form PSLF form is it’s a form which you need to fill out in order to receive the Public Service loan forgiveness program. The PSLF is the program that allows you to get your loans repaid after 10 years of service. In order to be eligible the program, you need to perform your job full-time at a qualified employer and be able to make 120 timely payments.

-Your government employer
It is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
-A non-profit or public health care provider
-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service
When do I need to File For PSLF Employment Certification Form?
You’re eligible for PSLF in the event that you have an eligible loan and you make 120 qualifying repayments on that loan. You may be able to file for PSLF by making just 10 qualifying payments, but you must apply for it within 10 years from the commencement of your repayment period.
It’s not necessary to apply for PSLF in the first month of the repayment period. You can wait until you’ve made 120 payment before you file for it.
