PSLF Employment Verification Form Full Time Status – Form PSLF PSLF form is an application form that you need to fill out in order to be eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. The PSLF is the program that allows you to forgive your debts when you reach 10 years in service. Before you can be considered eligible this program, you need to work full-time for a qualified employer, and you must make on-time 120 payments.

When do I need to File For PSLF Employment Verification Form Full Time Status?
You can qualify to file for PSLF depending on whether you’ve got one of the loans that qualifies and you’ve made 120 qualifying payments to that loan. You may be able to file for PSLF after only making 10 qualifying repayments, but the application must be filed prior to the 10 years that begin the repayment period.
There is no requirement to submit a claim for PSLF at the beginning of your repayment period. You can wait until having made 120 installments before filing for it.
