PSLF Enrollment Form – The PSLF form is the form that you will need to fill out in order to participate in the Public Services Invoice Forgiveness. The PSLF is the program that allows you to have your loan forgiven at the end of 10 years’ work. To be eligible for this program, you must work full-time for a qualified employer and be able to make 120 timely payments.
