-Your government employer

A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization

A public health or non-profit health-care organization

-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service

What is the deadline to File For PSLF Form Expired?

You’re eligible to apply to apply for PSLF when you own a qualifying loan and are able to make 120 qualifying monthly payments on that loan. You may be able apply for PSLF after only making 10 qualifying payment, but you have to file for it at the beginning of the 10th year of your repayment period.

There is no requirement to make an application for PSLF before the commencement of your loan period. You are able to wait until you’ve completed 120 payments before filing for it.
