PSLF Form Expired – This PSLF form is one form you must fill in to qualify for the Public Service Grant Forgiveness program. The PSLF is the program that allows you to be granted loan forgiveness in the event of 10 years’ continuous service. In order to be eligible the program, you need to complete your full-time job for a reputable employer and make 120 on-time payments.
If you’re not certain which qualifies as an employer with a qualified status, there are a few things that meet the criteria:
-Your government employer
A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
A public health or non-profit health-care organization
-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service
What is the deadline to File For PSLF Form Expired?
You’re eligible to apply to apply for PSLF when you own a qualifying loan and are able to make 120 qualifying monthly payments on that loan. You may be able apply for PSLF after only making 10 qualifying payment, but you have to file for it at the beginning of the 10th year of your repayment period.
There is no requirement to make an application for PSLF before the commencement of your loan period. You are able to wait until you’ve completed 120 payments before filing for it.
