PSLF Graduated Repayment Plan – Form PSLF PSLF form is one form you must fill out to participate in the Public Services Credit Forgiveness Plan. The PSLF is the program that allows you to forgive your debts upon completion of 10 consecutive years. When you are eligible to join the program, you must be employed full-time with a qualifying employer and make 120 on-time payments.

-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service
When do I need to File For PSLF Graduated Repayment Plan?
You can qualify for PSLF in the event that you have an eligible loan and have made the required 120 payments on that loan. It’s possible to apply for PSLF after having made just 10 qualifying repayments, but the application must be filed in the initial 10 years following the repayment period.
You don’t have to apply for PSLF from the very beginning of your repayment period. You can wait until after you’ve completed 120 payments before filing.
